Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Arkus Suite you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Arkus Insider provides access to the Arkus Suite — Cipher, Index, and Arkus AI — a set of tools for assessing ventures, evaluating evidence, and supporting strategy decisions. The suite produces analytical work products to support your judgment; it does not replace professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

An Arkus Insider membership is offered at $199/mo or $1,910/yr. Every plan includes the full suite. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account. Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Some members access the suite through an issued access code or through an organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access codes are issued to a specific recipient and may not be shared or resold.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access controls, no reverse engineering of the platform, and no uploading of material you do not have the right to submit. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant Arkus the limited rights necessary to process those materials and deliver the service for your engagement. As described in our Privacy Policy, sensitive source material is not used to train public AI models.

The Arkus Suite, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Arkus Innovation Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Analytical outputs are decision-support tools and may be incomplete or imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms or the service over time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
